We are looking for a Crew Leader to join our team in this full-time position. The successful candidate will manage a crew and be responsible for driving, mowing, and working in the field. This role is critical in ensuring the quality of work completed and customer satisfaction. During the first 60 days of employment, there is a probationary period, which could lead to an increased wage upon successful completion. 

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience with trailering (pulling a trailer)
• At least 2 years of experience running ZTRs
• Experience running a crew
• Must have a driver's license
• Good driving record
• Two references

Bonus points if you have either a fertilization, pesticide, or herbicide license!

We are looking for someone with proven experience driving, managing crews, and working in the field. If you have experience managing a crew, the pay starts at $18. The more applicable experience you have, the higher your earning potential.
